Hi everyone,

Ive a bit of a wierd problem, never noticed it before until now, as I have not ad to use the heater before.

P38 2.5DSE S plate 1998.

When I turn the heater up I only get heat out of the left hand side vents all the right hand side vents blow cold only the disply on the little screen on the centre console tells me what temp the heater should be but it makes no differance to the temp either way, but only on the right hand side vents.

Has anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks in advance

Sounds like you got a blender motor gone down bud, do a search and I'm sure there's a previous thread that will tell you more about it.;)

sounds like right hand side blend motor, have you a book symbol as well?

Don't be fooled it's a dash out job, have done it in a couple of hours-it is a slag of a job.

If your going to do it do heater "o" rings.

Range Rovers is worth a look

Yeh they've got it right. blend motors. listen to fanatic if you get it done change the O rings as well. they only cost a couple of quid but its taking the dash out to fit them.

I had the O rings done then got it back a couple of days an the Book thing came up of my console and it was the blend motors cant be arsed to do it though my side works!lol

not a fooking chance I can do both blend motors without dash out and "o" rings by drilling one small hole you will never see.
