ok, so yesterday I get round to replacing my bleed pipes with 3mm silicone hose, now I have search and can't see anyone with the setup I have??

top diagram is what I was expecting but the lower diagram is how mine was set up?? injector 5 has only 1 bleed nipple??

Has anyone seen this?? or is injector 5 not from a P38 and that's why it's p*ssing diesel (well Veg oil) out every where??

Also did they change the injectors after 1998?? all listing on eBay say 94-98??
Silicone tube is no good for the leak off pipes as I know to my cost, the chemicals in diesel bleed through the pipe as vapour and make it smell like you have a diesel leak, it also swells.
Number 4 injector was definately different after the EGR was introduced in 98, not sure about the others.
The top drawing of the routing is correct, I guess one of the spigots is missing so the re-routing has been done to get round it, it is not a problem. If number 5 is ****ing diesel, I would guess the spigot (nipple) has been broken off and an attempt has been made to block it.

All the injectors changed on intro of EGR. And yes silicone is no good for road diesel. Red diesel yes, road diesel no. To many chemical addatives in road diesel.

Mine runs on Bio Diesel or Veg oil I've never used Dino Diesel since I bought it

it's a 2000 model and "had" an EGR it's now blocked off, so presume it's plumbed in correctly I've cleaned up and double checked injector 5 and only 1 bleed nipple, so will just wash it off and check for leaks tomorrow
