Right bit of feedback needed from people with a Nanocom and a diesel. Need to know with warm engine at idle, what readings you get for the following.

1. Start Fuel,

2. Fuel quantity feedback.

3. Fuel quantity current.

4. Fuel quantity compared.

Thank you in anticipation.

Cold
32
63.25
950/10.25
28

Please note the start fuel always stays at 32and the feed back around 63
Fuel current starts as above but once warm goes to around 7.25 to 8.00unless load is applied.
Fuel quantity once warm drops to around 23.00 / 26.50

Thanks Grit that is all i needed to know.

Hi,
Will you help me with average values for these for cold & hot engine, please?
I'm trying to trace a 'sudden engine cut out' when idling in gear.(say waiting in gear for traffic lights etc)
As you know I have a static timing issue but that should not cut out the engine suddenly, I guess.
The Nanocom gives only one EDC fault - Injection timing out of range...

We have been through this at length. Stalling is usually down to quantity servo problem. You need to get static correct before you start asking questions about stalling. Did you check the bottom chain?

No. Didn't check the bottom chain. For that, I need to remove the crank pulley, front cover etc. Lot of work.
The engine cuts out as if I have switched it off, so sudden so swift.
Remember I adjusted the middle section to get 'inj quantity current' to read 5-6 mg/s (hot engine idling)
which solved my fluctuating idle RPM?
Now, it has drifted to 9-10 mg/s . No idea why. That's why I need the standard figures to get it back to.
For the time being , I'm trying to live with the static timing as it is, as I do not have a proper way of addressing it.
Need big money to buy a inj pump.

Have a look in this folder for files beginning EDClive...

You'll want the one ending ...20170712.xlsb.

Thanks Grrr.
In your case , the FQ Current appears to be floating around 6.25 & 11.5. I can't gauge the RPM at respective points.
Mine floats between 7 to 10 but mostly around 10. hot idling engine. But when RPM increases it moves to 14 to 20.

At the same time your 'fuel temp' seems very reasonable mine stays at 80C when the engine at 92C, according to Nanocom.
What was your ambient temp, please?

They were all taken at different times of the year. Latest was about a week ago. Probably between 15C and 25C given recent temperatures.
