Bio fuel advice please

hi chaps and ladies
can any one tell me if i can run bio-diesel in my 200 disco without any modifications, a farm near me has started to sell it , he has it on sale for 82p a litre, I have no cat (particle filter), no e.g.r,.

TD5's can, even ones in Iraq by US forces run on aviation fuel with NO modifications

yup, 200's love boi, you will get more power and more mpg. just remember to change the fuel filter regularly

loads and loads of threads on here on boi and kero mate, am also a 200tdi owner mate and have convered thousands of miles on the stuff no probs at all its just a bit thicker and grainier so filter changes come quickly, you will no when to change the filter cause you will start to niticed a sligh lack of power other than that i felt alot more torque lower down the rev range with bio.

only ever used it in a trany 25 made the o rings go britel was about 5 years after i started had to do a lump transplant

you talking about the o ring washers on the injectors? cause trannys are common for that regardless.
