Hi all,
Am swapping over the tired old shocks on my 300tdi Defender as they are knackered. Have narrowed it down to either Monroe M6628(f) and M6629(r), or Bilstein gas shocks both as advertised on MM4X4 website. Both are around the same price.
Any ideas which is better? mainly will be driving on road with occassional pay and play days.
Thanks.

OME would be nice, but out of my budget.

well if you want to have to replace um in a couple of years (if yer lucky) go for the cheapys ;)
thought about just getting the front 2 in OME then few months down the line get the back 1's? (or viceversa if the back are fooked )
take it from someone who has been that route (cheap) ;)
