Dunt know if yer wooshed me or him, but I asked him to check on start up from cold untill the light went out wif a few blips on the frottle, dunt know what all this gear ****e is about. I always found big ends rattled first thing in morning if they were fooked until the oil got to them, and probably the best way to rule out all other things which would come into play under load.
if they is fooked then even with oil on em they will knock with it in gear and the h/brake on , due to the load generated.
quite a few engines knock when cold but it dunt mean there is a problem, its just the way they are
Hi all thanks for the advice.
So the everyone thinks its not the big ends but could be the cranck bearings?
Is it a engine out job to change the cranck bearings ? or is there a way i could check what is at fault?
