Hi,
Just had new clutch, slave and master cylinder changed in TD4. Now when the revs drop below 1000 and I accelerate the whole car vibrates like I am driving over a cattle grid!
The clutch garage say that this wouldn't be anything to do with the clutch.
Could the new clutch be causing this or at least some part that has been moved or undone to get at the clutch?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks.

If you don't find out what it is and decided you want to sell it let me know. I will get it for my missus for her birthday. I don't think she currently has a vibrator that big.:D :D :D

On a serious note does it do it only when you are easing off the clutch or even if you haven't touched the clutch and have slowed down and are accelerating again?

Hi Ratty, It does it without even using the clutch. ie, slow down, revs below 1K then accelerate again.

Wife doesn't think it needs fixing, and says she wouldn't let me sell it!

Hi,

The vibrations happened straight away after clutch. I am thinking that perhaps the clutch is not alligned properley? Can you put a clutch in and it not be alligned?
