Hi all,
I'm, sure you are all fed up to the back teeth hearing about air suspension problems. I'm sorry but my Betsey (Disco Td5) has given up.
It first went down on the off side only, after pulling a very big caravan down to Billing land rover show. Got in started her up, pumped up fine, drove home, no problems. It stayed up for about a week, until I parked with the near side up on the pavement. She went down again on the off side. Started her up, pumped up straight away.
So she's been OK for about a month now, I've even pull the same caravan to the land rover max show in Stoneleigh last weekend with no problems at all.
Drove to work this morning she felt a bit funny going over the speed ramps. I checked the ride height when I got out it was pumped up OK. Went back to her about a hour later and she was down on the bump stop on the off side and about half way down on the near side and refuses pump up. I can't hear the compressor either.
So she is now outside feeling very sorry for herself.
I hope someone can shed some light on my Betsey's plight and tell me it's only going to be pennies to fix!............. I wish.
Thanks Louby
