Just had to share my experience of THE best car service ever. Having purchased a Freelander a few years back from a main dealer which was just in its warranty, I had always used a main dealer for my servicing - needless to say with terrble service. Always had delays in getting car booked in, could never get through for updates and they never ever called back. Would pick my car up and never really fell confident that they had done the job properly. I simply think they were over worked. Anyway, I tried a new company this year who I believe are a break away group from the main dealership and OMG, what a difference! They offered to pick my car up, it was serviced within a day and they fixed things the same day, they picked up on such minute things that only I would have known were wrong (slightly faulty lock on parcel shelf, pop up button missing on door) etc, that I knew they had done a thorough job. They even delivered back to my home address and I got a follow up call a week later! The cost was almost half of the L/R main dealer. I recommended to a frind with a Range Rover which was just out of warranty and they were also so impressed! I'd totally recommend to anyone looking for a decent service based in Essex/East London!
