Best 15in rim tyres?

Guys wondering what tyres you would suggest on 15in rims. Currently have Maxxis 195/55/15R, but want road tyres as I'm now just doing road mileage?

Any suggestions please - apart from burn it?

are you sure? That's almost corsa/saxo tyre size...
