So I’ve hit a post and bent the bumper, new bumper isn’t an issue. The problem is the front crossmember has a dent in and pulled the bumper mounting points in by 2-3mm.
There’s no creases in the rest of the chassis and everything appears to work properly. so the question is, do I:
1. Jack the rails back out so the bumper will fit.
2. Cut the bent piece out and replace.
If 2. Does anyone have a rough idea of how much it will cost?
Thanks in advance!

Some pictures would help but if it is only 2-3mm out I would suggest that is about land rover tolerances anyway so would just pry and spread to fit especially if there is no creases that will cause issues further down the line,..

I’ll try to add some here, let me know if it doesn’t work:

Trouble with hitting a post all the load goes on one spot. Choice is live with it if bumper fits. Or cut out the dented area, pull member straight and plate. Or renew the front member.
