Being really dithery about fitting fog/driving lights!

I fancy fitting a decent set of front fog/driving lights to my 2014 90 XS Station Wagon but every way I turn I seem to bump in to a barrier. I don't want to bolt them direct to the bumper so I've been looking at various designs of "A" bars which are made to allow the lights to be fitted at the height I want - that is, so that the centre of the light is about half way up the height of the grille. I thought I'd better have a word with my insurance company remembering the controversy about bull bars some years ago, and even though I've explained that "A" bars are not bull bars they will not cover the vehicle with anything like what I have described. From the conversation it's obvious that they don't really know what I'm talking about but I can't win them over.

So this evening I was looking at internet images of various Defenders with auxiliary front lamps and lo and behold I found a picture of exactly what I want - except there is no indication of where it can be bought. Basically each of the two lights appear to be mounted on separate "plinths" which raise the lights up to the height I want. The "plinths" are bolted to the bumper with the lights bolted to the top. I tried to copy the picture I saw to put with this thread but it just won't copy. Any ideas please on getting off the shelf "plinths.

First, I always thunk FOG lights needed to be low down, on a normal Fender this would be in the "gonna get trashed" for most fender owners.

Second for the driving lights, then LR supply these in an A bar as far as I know, so how can an insurance co. deny you your own set?
