if i cant get my diesel up and running will look at this option



looking at buying a 1.8 freelander with a buggered IRD. the IRD has been removed but bit concerned about the vis coup and diff any easy way of telling if these parts are also buggered???

Depends on price really! I dont think you could accurately tell, but chances are it probably is going or gone! Thats the best way to look at it. prepare for worst and see what happens! If its more than 2900 message me!

its on a r plate at £800, needs an exhuast and mot body looks quite good

If you have the money then I would have a go. You could always break for bits and make that money back.

Or an expert like yourself could drop the good body onto a 100" chassis with RR running gear!!

EXPERT i wish lol big ideas low brain power

thats what i thought break it for parts, engine sounds good on it that must be worth a bit as when i was looking couldnt get one for less then £600

looks like i may have to make a little room lol
