Freelander 1 becker "satnav" steering wheel control question

Hi, I am retrofitting the becker unit to a fl1 facelift, for no other reason than the looks and I have bluetooth unit behind which works fine.
Now, I cannot get the steering wheel controls to work. Not volume, not next/previous.
I think I need to plug a wire somewhere but looking at the driagram I cannot tell which is the swrc control or how it supposed to work, or how it works on harman equipped models.

Any ideas, please?

I know where the signal is coming from on wiring but I am not sure where is going in the becker unit.

Last but not least I also have this which says discovery II which in theory should be the same, becker 4765.
I think I will try this one...

Grey connector, pins 2 and 3.
