Battery size question

What size is the largest battery that you can get into a standard Defender 90's battery box in addition to a optimax red top? Any ideas? My auxiliary battery is knackered and as I'm replacing it I might as well get the larger I can fit into there.

Which is 240mm (height) x 175mm (width) x 350mm (length)

Don't know offhand, but it's reassuring to know that the one you linked to will fit with room to spare. When mine next needs replacing I rather fancy 1000 CCA and 130 AH. And for under £100 too.

I know. I've hit the button on it. The 664 & the 663 which is a reverse of the 664 are truck/tractor batteries normally.

Looks a decent battery and 4 years warranty. I'm sick of looking for the right battery for my winches. Electric is my nemesis.

Too late for you now, but if anyone else is looking, the batteries from Volvo V70 estates just fit - and have more capacity than the standard LR one.
