Sounds like somthing is draining battery, not a hard thing to check if you have a multi meter with amps onit. Disconnect battery at poss side connect meter beween battery+ and the lead you have taken off select amps on meter most good meters have a 10 amp setting, turn meter on see how many amps are being drawn with every thing off DO NOT TURN IGNITION ON OR ATTEMPT TO START ENGINE INFACT TAKE KEYS OUT OF INGNITION. Remove one fuse at a time and watch for a drop in amp draw refit fuse after, if amp draw drops when a fuse is removed, find out what its for that will be the problem, some radios can get an internal fault which leaves the amp powered up even when switched off a favourite for fords. If your not confident doing this get a mechanic/auto electrician to do it. Best of luck.
