can eny one please help
i have a S reged 2.0 td freelander with an intermitant eletrical falt the battery can discharge over night it might be ok for 2 or 3 days then you try to start it and the batterys flat again.
We have chequed the alternator when running we have 14 valts across the battery and have bought a new battery if i take the lead of the battery at night its fine in the morning. I had an electrition look at it he said it was the cd auto changer he disconected it . It was ok for a day i tried it today the batterys flat again.Could it be a realay sticking ?

you could try pulling all yer fuses then wire a bulb in series wiff yer battery. then wiff yer ign off put yer fuses back in one at a time and see when the bulb lights. its doesn't have to come on at full brightness for that circuit to be the cause of yer drain but don't fergit things like clocks, alarms etc will have a small drain on them anyways.

thanks for repyling to my post i cant find the drain because what ever is draining is intermitent.
thats why i was wondering if it could be a realey because we cant get it to drain when we test it in the way you described onley the alarm n clock we have done all the fuses in side the car.
