battery drain

Open the receiver unit up. You can't trust the casings. People have sold new cases with old interiors before now. DATATEK put up pictures of the interior of all three versions a little while ago.
 
Is that a roof mounted DVD player? If so, that might be your answer. I certainly don't have anything like that second pic on my roof :)
 
it would get wet on the roof :eek::D

do you have sunroofs aswell?

No, the sunroof mechanism is all in the roof. That's some unusual extra you've got there. What's the switch/light with the picture of open doors?

not sure tbh , i'm going to have a look at it , as i think this could be whats causing the drain , as when i first got the car it didn't drain the battery , but i pressed some buttons on that thing and ever since then ive had battery drain ,

( the sunroof works fine)

too late lol ,

ive just been outside and pried it open with a knife and disconnected it , it wouldn't work or respond to pressing buttons, ( it was a flip down dvd player) noise has stopped , so that's one less thing that could of been draining it :),
