Battery chargers and headlamp bulbs

The 3yr-old battery on my 90 is suffering from the cold and constantly teeters on the edge of no-start. Can anyone suggest a good brand of charger?

I also need to boost the brightness of the standard Land Rover halogen fogs. Can the bulbs be upgraded?

Bite the bullet and buy a nice new battery, looks like were in for another long hard winter, no good messing around you'll be sorry in the end

Get a good Numax battery and a CTek charger to keep it topped up.
