...oh and a big thanks to Snifflebags and Instantsquid and of course Daft for a great summers day laning :O)

yup - nuttin' better - good company, good weather and good lanes. A nice 3 hours in the countryside.

and the bikers and ramblers were pleasant too :D

Really great time, so much better than the M4 :D

Love the pics too, proper laning and even with a (short) walk thrown in... just need a great pub and chauffeur to get me home ;)

Looking at Daftlett's pics - don't remember it being that tippy - and they appear to have been edited to removing MHM's more inappropriate body language :)

Lovely Spring morning so drove off to Bluebell woods and it was fantastic :D

Pics here:

Album

Trip only spoiled by finding that the lane was blocked at the bottom end by some selfish numpty flytipping  Only slight good thing is that at least the tipped stuff should be easy to move.

Ere Sniffs - did yu contact HCC regarding that fly-tipping?

Nah, 'cos some kind folk ;) cleared the public highway, I didn't think they would be that interested anymore.

Can do, happy to...

(In the middle of a house move at the mo, so somewhat preoccupied but wouldn't take long if you think it would be helpful)

Dropped em a note. Left my details in case they should want to get in touch.

Cos of me move, I'm out of circulation for a little while (week or two)... then I really must see about that rear boot floor...and the sills...and the inner wings...

Instant wants to try Bluebell woods sometime
Bit of a spur of the moment thing - the little lad has been quite poorly lately, but I finally managed to convince the missus to let him out of the house. Loaded both kids and the wife in the Ninety and went to have a little look. Glad we weren't too late - it sure is pretty :)

just got back from there, myself. Deffo dying off now, but still a pretty drive.
I notice that the fly-tipping had gone, as well :D.

It werent as scary as yu thought - was it, Instant?
