backwards wiring ignition when I turn the headlights on

Where to start with this one, it's an 89 rrc it's had a 300 conversion, to start with when fuse 1 and 2 are in the dipped beam are on permanent, so they are constantly removed, when I put the lights on the first click I get side lights the main been come on with the high beam indicator on dim but when I click flash the lights and icon become brighter,when I click the switch in the second position I get partial ignition, heaters, ignition lights,but no windows or radio,so if the lights are on full I can take the keys out with it running help

hard to understand what you wrote tbh.. but check all your earths

It's hard to explain but it does make sense when read carefully lol,I have checked and cleaned up the 3 I found in the engine bay but haven't come across anymore
