Just done the stoooopidest thing and put my front pass headrest on backwards and will it feck come off...Any clues this fine sunday?

only way i can see its gonna come out is with brute force....or you gonna have to pull yer backrest apart. not viable to do that tho timmytim. i dont know rangeys very well so cant give ya much advice mate.
