Back in a freelander

Hey Everyone,

Thought i would say hi. Finally getting back in a freelander after a couple of years out driving the trusty alfa romeo

Used to have a freelander 1 with the cursed 1.8 k series engine so hopefully the freelander 2 with the td4 is nicer on me. Anything to look out for?

An absolute newbie in terms of land rover models and such.

Alfa eh? Was it a Goodun? Freelander 2 are much more reliable however the fandango Hadlex diff can play up. Do a search.

+1 on the diff, my mate had F2 diff was on way out so he chopped it in for a D4. Frying pan and fire springs to mind....

Suprisingly the alfa was reliable enough, usual little niggles but nothing that was a stopper.

Will do a quick search the now about the diff.
