We sponsor him of course and he's just asked if me and dad will put crew for him at the next event :D yes !! Haha

Took me for a quick spin just and it bloody flys and sticks to the road like glue, 206HP and just over a tonne so it should :)

Yeah of course, no advisorys or anything but it's built to exceed not standard :)

It's one of only a few types of car that doesn't require a cable hand brake

Had to ask... You know how it is with these kids blasting round in their tweaked-up citroen hatchbacks; more thought to furry dice, roarty exhausts and purple lights underneath than to working headlamps and how much rust there is underneath. :)

Nahh this is a full on rally car not just a duped up hatchback, it's worth tens of thousands, gull fia internal cage, Kevlar underside protectors, every single bit of weight that can be lost has been taken out so he's done it properly, plus he's been a tester for 20 years so he knows what he's doing

It doesn't need a cable handbrake because it is specifically a rally car, not a road car that is used for track days, and so the mot is a requirement to rally as they have road stages and have to go between stages on roads, so because its not classes as a everyday road car it's not required so he just has a hydraulic handbrake

Pressed this out yesterday ...

It's the headstock for a plough, we pushed the shaft out of the middle which is what holds the plough on, so it was abit ... Tight ... :p

Think you've got problems pushing out bushes this took 50tonne, heat from a oxy torch and smacking with a 16lb sledge hammer

Changed a pair of rear shocks on a 90 today, he wondered why there was no rear damping ....

The washers were the wrong way around so this is my theory as to why they snapped, it's only a farm landy but it just shows how important small things can be
