Been looking at the VOSA website and my Disco seems to be affected by 4 separate recalls

R/2000/052
R/2003/179
R/2003/180
R/2001/010

the motor is a 2000 model so it's possible they've been checked and action taken or not. I assume the main stealer should be able to check it for me if I give them a call?

If it's not been addressed is it too late or do these recalls have an eternal life?

I'd take it to the dealer to find out properly .. ;)

If it is eligible or hasn't had updates already done, and they agree to do them FOC, leave explicit instructions that they are NOT to carry out any work beyond what the recall says. Some seem to run a nice little scam whereby they'll change brake pads or other consumables as a matter of course and charge you for them.
