Automatic Gear box Problem

Needing some advise, was driving to work this morning and sitting at lights waiting to go in drive, when the car cut out when I attempted to driver off, same thing happened when every time I stopped? Later got in the car drove off everything fine car heated up ok then same thing happened? It’s every time I stop, no problem when moving does not cut out in neutral either

That sounds like your idle air valve. With the engine running and the box in neutral look at what revs are showing on the dash. With your foot on the brake select drive, do the revs increase at all or does the engine cut out.
You can take idle air valve out and clean the nozzle, also clean the body it sits in. A can of carb cleaner also works well. Give it a good blast in the air intake to clean out any carbon deposits and try it again.

Also check you battery connections - with a stop at the lights you could be knocking the connection off the terminal.
If this is happening, the gearbox will sense a power drop on the battery and close the engine down - happened to me some time ago.
