just noticed today my auto box will not engage low range it goes into gear and beeps and flashes as it does but its still in high range any thoughts or is something seized with lack of use i usually just require low range when i launch my boat which i will be doing shortly not long bought it so dont know when it was last used the low range,starting to wish i had kept the disco now lol

Sounds like the Transfer Motor has seized...not uncommon...

No not at all, the Transfer Motor is bolted to the side of the Transfer Box....
Do you have the RAVE manuals as the removal and refit is all in there??
