For towing and any vehicle with TC and or a VCU, Auto all the way.....
However I prefer the challenge of getting the right gear at the right time when off roading and don't want the whole experience ruined by too clever for it's own good gizmo's

Horses for courses !,my v8 Disco is manual and thats what I wanted,my other vehicle is a 3.0 diesel Signum which is auto,I like them both but just prefered the Landy as a manual !
