As above - want to do this for piece of mind (doubt it’s ever been done and it has 128k miles!)
I could probably do this myself (well, the change at least) but it would be a struggle, I have no experience of doing it before, and I’m no expert on Freelanders!

If I went to an Indy LR garage, how much should I expect to pay for a full flush and change?

First quote in is £300, all in.

TIA

Flushing older auto boxes is generally not recommended as it can cause problems with seals. Also the presence of metallic particles help the older clutches 'bite'. A simple change which uses about 4.5 Litres of ATF costing around £30 is probably all it needs. The Jatco box is designed so that around 50% of the fluid is changed at every change. Not difficult to do yourself, have a look at Hippo's thread on changing the ATF. Make sure you identify the correct plugs as the wrong one can cause internal failure of reverse meaning you need to strip the gearbox to repair !!

Thanks Andy… the comment around the flushing makes sense, it was only that it was offered when I asked about pricing.
The straight change I would be ok with having a go, I’ve seen the threads re right temp etc. I was thinking along the same lines last night; it’s just a few bolts and ~£50 of atf… can’t be that hard.
Famous last words…:( I’ll be following Hippos thread and having a go I think.
