Auto dimming mirror retrofit

I have searched but I can't find an answer. I bought an auto dimming mirror to retrofit to my 2009 FL2, it has arrived and there are 2 separate wires that I have no idea where to plug in to, the main plug socket is there, these are 2 different wires, does anyone know what I need to do with them please?

The two wires are for the sensor that goes behind the windscreen, the sensor is missing and the mirror won't work without it. There is no connector prefitted so a connector will have to be sourced with the mirror, the mirror connector has 4 wires and they are coded as follows:-

Violet = ignition switched +12v
Black - yellow trace = Vehicle negative
Green - white trace = Reverse sense (turns off dimming when reverse is selected - not needed)
White - Green trace = Automatic Temperature control, humidity sensor (also not needed)

That's twice I've asked a technical question and twice I've answered it myself.!!
