Freelander 1 Auto box stuck in 1st for a few hundred yards.

Is the TD4 Jatco and V6 the same box?

Sadly haven't got one spare, would have had if the Ebay pillock hadn't let me down!! But if you find a cheap donor car with good box happy to lend space/lift etc.

Be interested if you do go inside the box, photos please!!

Some parts are the same, but they're effectively different boxes.

I'll be pulling the clutch pack out, and making one decent pack out of a collection of replacement plates I'm hoping to get. I'll be replacing the 2/4 duty solenoid, oh and the solenoid harness too. And yes, I'll take pictures. I'm not planning on removing the box, just replace some wearable items with the box in the car.
