i have a 1986 90 that i want to put some speakers in but dont know where to mount them


Also is there any prewired plugs as ive come across a plug behind the dash about a 6 pin plug or whats the best way to wire it in uu

Mate my speakers are mounted in the passenger and driver footwell under the dash......

As for wiring loom, depends on stereo but try ebay / amazon or if you are passing halfords

I've got the same dilemia with my 90, i was thinking of makeing a top bulk head behind/above the drivers head with a roof console comming forward to the front screen which houses the CB and radio? not sure where to start though.

Well after sinking my landrover i have decided that now its running and rolling again im not fitting a sterio as the money i will spend will prob ruin it by breaking it. So CB radio it is only! Maybe a sterio if i find a cheap FM radio with a speaker but i like the old schoolness of it all!

I mounted mine behind my cubby box against the bulkhead, and made two rear enclosures that are in front of the rear light boxes they compliment my raptor dash too
