A somewhat pessimistic write up there. Odd considering the source. Also some of the claimed facts would seem at odds with other references I've read.

All their cars were P, e.g. P35 Rover. Project seems the most obvious. Paranoia probably most fitting though. You're right there. Or problem, perhaps. Or please just get me home!

It was Pegasus. Project Pegasus was the secret code name for the "replace the Range Rover" project started in building 38A. I've read that, I know I have.

I've attached the page on the Pegasus name from the James Taylors book. The next page basically goes on to say they then went on to change the name to something less interesting "Project 38A".
