write to dvla asking em to sign the v5 to you.Then you get the motor and all the spares in it for bout 60 quid and a couple weeks waiting.DVla contact owner, if they dont respond then its all yours.

Yes, the OP is renting, but the landlord is owner, who stated the Landy was there when he bought the land.

the fine last time i got twotted for it was £80

used the auto fone line thingy and sent the friggin form off but they still recconed i hadnt declaired it 8 months later twots
