An update if I may.
I have now done over 12,000 miles on my 235/70 x 16 Event ML698 and I continue to be very pleased with them. The wear rate is excellent and I recently had to pull a large glider out of a very wet field of Winter wheat. I was a bit concerned at first, but there was no need to worry. Those tyres with the Disco in 'Low Ratio' and with the diff lock engaged didn't lose traction at all.
These Event tyres really are excellent value and top erformers.
