yes but you will need to stand next to each other and remove add little bits that ive forgot, there was a big rush a few years ago when td5 bulkheads were cheap ,fit all defenders and series

That's what I did.

You'll need to fit two rivnuts for the fuel filter.

I left the other small brackets on but there are several ones that could be removed.

I used the later dash.

You'll need the wiper system from the later bulkhead to save a lot of work.

Certainly is mate - you'll need to change the gear box cover adapter on the bulkhead to an ealy one (td or 200tdi model). I just bolted mine on which then allowed me to use the L77 gear box cover.

This might help

Bit of a struggle putting the roof on by yourself

That 110 roof is big to handle on your own - mines a truck cab so no problems there - I take it that the cover adaptor just bolts off the TD5 bulkhead and then use the one of the original bulkhead. I havn't got the new bulkhead yet. I will be getting the bulkhead the week after next from my local breaker, he prefers that I take it off the doner myself - I think this will have some benefits for me and off course saves him the bother.

Yes that's correct. Try and keep the rubbers which the wires and cables go through. Also the wipers, motor and dash. Infact get as much as you can and sell what you don't use!

From your picture you appear to have completely rebuilt the truck - looks a professional job. Yes now that you've cleared up a few doubts I will try and get the bulkhead complete with all fittings. I don't want to push my luck but do you have any tips or order of sequence when taking out the bulkhead - I don't want to spend all day at the breakers. The donor has the doors and front wings removed already.

Roof
windscreen
bottom tie bolts (mine were an absolute bitch and required oxysetalene)
Then it's just a case of undoing everything so that you can lift it out.

I kept the the fuze holder and converted the existing loom to blades.

The later heater is much better.
