Anyone recommend which aeriel to fit please?

Im soon going to have a stereo fitted to my 110, but I need to find an aeriel that will fit as it hasnt got one.

Im considering a wing mounted aeriel that retracts when either the ignition or stereo ir turned off. Or possibly a flexible rubber one, but not sure if they give a good signal.

Anyone know of a decent supplier of aeriels?

Kotangar are good.

Get an internal glass mount one, i fit plenty and being amplified they give a good reception. No drilling and nothing for the scum to snap off!!

If you fit one outside make sure it's flexible or you will snap it off road. Mine's currently hanging by the wire after navigating under a low branch.

Thanks, sounds good. Any particular brands or suppliers? To receive DAB do I need a compatible aeriel or does the DAB stereo unit do all the magic?

What area of Sheffield are you in? Im in S8

I fitted a flexible rubber one - cost a couple of quid off fleaBay - not had any problems with reception. I'm sure you could spend a small fortune on an aerial if you wanted to though.

Here you go RMA819 Internal Glass Windscreen Mount Amplified Aerial on eBay (end time 23-Sep-10 10:00:37 BST)

Same as the ones i use, for DAB you will need an additional aerial, again an internal glass one is available but make sure its compatable with your stereo.
