Anyone near Witney oxfordshire with diagnostics for a 2.5 p38

Is there anyone near Witney oxfordshire with diagnostics for a p38 who would be kind enough to come plug my range in my hevac unit lights up but none of the buttons will work an the screen is blank I no there's nothing wrong with the hevac because I've tried it in my brothers range someone please help
