Anyone near Perth, Scotland

As per title... anyone near Perth, Scotland?

I am very interested in a defender 110 thats up there, the blokes not amazingly enthusiastic with answering questions over the phone/emails as (i quote) "I get hundreds of phone calls every day" which means he probably thinks I'm another time waster/dreamer.

I'm in Chichester, which is on the south coast, so its not like I can pop over and assess/have a look and make a decision. I've seen some photo's of the landy and I'm hoping that someone nearby would be willing to go have a good nose around it, checking the chassis/bulkhead etc for rust and to let me know how mechanically sound it is.

I'll send you some money to cover your fuel costs and a small drink and won't hold you liable or responsible if I decide to get a cheap flight up then decide its a bag of poo and don't buy it!

Any takers?

Im not a million miles away, around an hour or so, but wouldn't know where to start with a Defender (Ive got a proper Landy)
Wolfie is not a million miles away either and gives the impression of knowing his way around a Defender, sure between us we could hatch a plan, if no-one is nearer.

He'll be nosing around somewhere, coz he's supposed to be working
