Anyone got any snapped half shafts?

I hope to use an old axle to create a couple of spare wheel mounts. This doesn't need diff or half shafts but does need something to close up the hubs and keep the weather out. Has anyone got a couple of snapped halfshafts I could scavenge? I'd obviously pay postage etc. It would save me buying or creating something to do the job with!

Where are you based? We recently replaced the half shafts on my 110 as they had failed on the drive flange - old one are sat in the garden at the mo, welcome to them
