anyone for Chips??

Just got myself a 3.0L 2002 td6 HSE and had a health check today at LR. pretty clean bill of health - no major worries. Not bad performance so far but have heard that they can be chipped up to 220 BHP. Anyone got any previous experience of chipping and if so, with whom and how much. also, did it make a worthy difference?
