Aslong as ya make it into paper mache blue peter style!
Meant to ring ya earlier but have been full on. The lip the floor sits on up against the boot door is going abit aswell but nout major.
Oh and i cant get the bloody seat belt mount bolts out:doh:
Aside from that the sills and footwells ect are solid so i definately want ya to do the boot floor if ya up for it.

undo em where they connect to the chassis and then cut the floor mounts out and stick em in a vice to get at em better.

Is that the 2 that go through the boot floor that the lap belt ect clip to?
Thought it was a captive nut on the chassis mount side. It looks like they've been had a go at in the past cause both bolts seem bent.

dont ya hate it when the past peeps have a go at things and dont finish the job. make everything that much harder when you come to do it!

Aye a bit of a bugger cause wi the head at an angle its tough to get a socket to go on and stay on.
Might just hack em off, use a stud extractor to get em out of the mount and get new bolts. Probably easier.

Thought it was a straight thru bolt. Was on the one I scrapped . it's a ring bolt that pivots in the mounting.

you will need two new bolts though

Nice one. Was gona get new bolta anyhow due to them being a little bent.
.I'll try and gi ya a ring tomorrow to discuss a date ect. Thats if i dont get distracted by the many jobs i've got to do on the house!
