It's a 110 2.5 TD5 2003 on a 52 plate.

It acts as though the torbo doesn't kick in, is gutless at low speed, and doesn't improve as the speed increases.

From the sounds of it it could be the 'kick-in' that's not actuating the turbo.

What do you think?

turbo spins from start ,it just doesnt produce enough boost till around 1800 revs, if wastegate was stuck open then boost would be limited
