Anybody bought these roof bars?

As per title, if so are they any good? (They'll only be carrying a roof box)

2 Land Rover Discovery Roof rack bars (upto 2004 model) on eBay (end time 17-Aug-09 15:31:03 BST)

Right then, seeing as no one on here has bought these roof bars & I was under a time limit to fit the roof box I've bought em and fitted em. IMHO not a bad piece of kit at all, well built & fast delivery (3 days).

My only gripes are that no gutter protection was provided (used bicycle inner tube sorted that), instruction's were basic but could have been much better. Biggest let down was that they don't lock-on, but I knew that before buying them.

But if you can't wait for 2nd hand Thule or LR bars from Fleabay/Other they are a very good alternative & don't look too bad on a Disco.
