Any one fitted a mud led interior light?

I have a 91 plate and got led light coming from mud soon and it said it was two wires. My old light was two wires therefore can I just hook up the same and it will work?

Yep, one feed and one earth. I used an led trailer side marker lamp in the boot of my disco, connected up to the original wiring
