Any ideas on the best way to weld this?

Cheers for that - it does like that would replace the bit we're working on.

We've jacked the body off the chassis with a bit of wood to get the rubber bushes off. We've managed to cut the old rust metal off the base of the mount and it looks like the last layer is good enough to weld to. Cut some steel and put a 38mm hole in the middle for the bush to go through but we still have to weld it on. Shame it was raining this weekend as we'd have got it done otherwise!
If it proves to be too much likle hard work, I may buy one of the panels to repair it properly.

I'll post some pics once we've done it (or given up after failing miserably!)

as mentioned before, tho - the noo front panel does not come with the headlight rear panel.
