M8 X 20mm long. You could get away with 25mm long as there s plenty of room in the subframe cavity to cater for them.
Forget the original flanged head bolts with a 10mm A/F hex head, they are a pain in the ass. Replace them with standard bolts (13mm hex. head) and washers and give them a dose of copper grease on the threads before you fit them.

mine where 10mm heads
where very rusty i had sprayed them twice with wd40 over a period of 3 days ,but still seemed like if i but presure on them they would snap
so in end i used heat ,then they came out very easy ! ,then i replaced the bolts ive made sure there all greased up so want have the same problem next time !

You could of course fit Stainless !!
