anthracite modulars on my 11A?

hi chaps

so i'm getting my beloved swb truck cab 11A back on the road and its new tyre time
i'm just about decided on insa turbo dakars. but my standard steel wheels are looking a bit tatty now
i really don't like magnolia wheels and was thinking of somthing a bit nicer than my normal hand painted black steels
theres looks to be some reasonable deals with dakars on modulars and i quite like the look of the anthracite one's.......but would they look out of place on my landy?

its not a full original rebuild job. but i do like to make any mods "in keeping" with the period feel of the motor
any thoughts lads?

What colour is the Landy? Are the cappings still silver?

I'm not sure about all this 'magnolia' and 'anthracite' ....sounds like you've got the dulux colour chart out!

I suppose black is always acceptable or body colour perhaps

i'v clearly been away from landy's for far too long *hangs head in shame

i'm not so sure about the modulars any more. what about green wolf wheels?
i'v got LWB rims on it now but just fancy sommat different

in a blatent effort to regain some landy cred...darius, what do the 101 club call there news letter?
