Hi All, Great forum lots of helpfull people with advice.
Just bought my first Land Rover, Discovery 300tdi 1995, few bits need sorting but nothing I cant do over time.
Looks like the plan is to remove the EGR and CAT along with fitting K&N air filter but wasn't sure on the benifits of the induction kit over the replacement element in the standard air box.

:welcome2: to LZ .... personally I'd rather change the paper filter more often than fit a K&N filter. For their cost I doubt you'll gain much benefit over a clean standard filter & there's the hassle of cleaning them and waiting for them to dry...
