annoying creaking noise

Hi guys I have a 2005 td4 feelander sport which has developed an annoying creaking noise which seems to b coming from behind the centre if the dash board! The noise is only present when doing speeds above 30mph. Any ideas

don't go above 30 ?

'Freelander Sport' is an oxymoron!

Have you tried looking behind the dash, as it could be something quite simple?

What abuse?

You will find that the dash will come off quite easily with a screwdriver!

If that doesn't work, it can be assisted with an FN Gurtammer!

I call that 'being quite helpful'!

Best place for a anti roll bar is behind the dash.

Annoyingly, my reply of choice is :she wouldnt be seen dead in a gaylander....but she drives a gaylander 2(its ok she is actually is a mobile hairdresser)

So my answer is now: yep shes in there mugging you off saying thats where your roll bars are.
